Nosotros ven\u00edamos participando en eventos municipales, privados y gubernamentales desde 2010, representando a M\u00e9xico, con el sistema de Carpas y esta idea nos pareci\u00f3 una forma innovadora, pr\u00e1ctica, c\u00f3moda y ordenada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"que-dificultades-habeis-encontrado-para-sacar-adelante-vuestro-proyecto-de-food-truck\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 dificultades hab\u00e9is encontrado para sacar adelante vuestro proyecto de food truck?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como le sucede a la mayor\u00eda de los emprendedores, la parte econ\u00f3mica no fue sencilla ya que requiere de una inversi\u00f3n inicial importante. Comenzando con encargar la fabricaci\u00f3n del food truck, dise\u00f1ar el interior para que sea funcional, instalaciones, equipamiento, dise\u00f1o exterior, marca, men\u00fa y armar la cadena de ingresos y egresos que requiere de un estudio importante de costos, y asi organizar la parte financiera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada evento te muestra qu\u00e9 detalle se debe afinar o c\u00f3mo se debe trabajar para hacerlo funcional . Puedo decir que ser parte de AMEGAM es la mejor de las normativas. Sabemos c\u00f3mo debemos presentarnos, qu\u00e9 documentaci\u00f3n es necesaria y la responsabilidad que implica tener un puesto m\u00f3vil de comida, lo cual facilita el trabajo de los organizadores y\/o municipios<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"de-donde-viene-el-nombre-de-vuestro-food-truck\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde viene el nombre de vuestro food truck?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Taco&#8217;s Truck inicio con el nombre de Tacos M\u00e9xico pero para diferenciar de nuestro restaurante decidimos llamarlo Taco&#8217;s Truck adem\u00e1s que por espacio y funcionalidad nuestro men\u00fa es m\u00e1s reducido . En Taco&#8217;s Truck optamos por vender solo Tacos en diferentes variedades y Nachos . Mientras que en Tacos M\u00e9xico, pueden encontrar una variedad mucho m\u00e1s amplia Tacos, Nachos, Tostadas, Tacos dorados, Burritos, Volc\u00e1n, Quesadillas, Chilaquiles, enchiladas, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"cual-es-vuestro-plato-estrella\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Cu\u00e1l es vuestro plato estrella?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tacos mix ( carne y pollo con pimientos, cebolla y carnitas de cerdo con cebolla caramelizada ) acompa\u00f1ados con guacamole, lechuga y si el cliente lo quiere, salsa picante a su gusto . En los eventos llevamos una l\u00ednea de trabajo muy r\u00e1pida, a la gente no le gusta esperar y hemos logrado que una vez realizado el pedido, el cliente tenga su comida en un lapso de 1 a 5 minutos.
