Siempre nos gust\u00f3 la idea de llevar sabores aut\u00e9nticos directamente a la gente, en un formato informal pero de calidad. Adem\u00e1s, vimos una gran necesidad de ofrecer opciones gluten free reales, seguras y sabrosas para un p\u00fablico que muchas veces no encuentra alternativas callejeras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed naci\u00f3 nuestro foodtruck: una cocina sobre ruedas que combina lo mejor del street food con el compromiso de ser 100% libre de gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"que-dificultades-habeis-encontrado-para-sacar-adelante-vuestro-proyecto-de-food-truck\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 dificultades hab\u00e9is encontrado para sacar adelante vuestro proyecto de food truck?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como todo emprendimiento, tuvimos varios desaf\u00edos. Uno de los m\u00e1s importantes fue garantizar que todo nuestro men\u00fa sea 100% libre de gluten, algo que requiere mucha disciplina y cuidado en un espacio peque\u00f1o como un foodtruck. Tambi\u00e9n fue un reto adaptarnos a la log\u00edstica callejera: permisos, ubicaciones, condiciones clim\u00e1ticas y la organizaci\u00f3n del trabajo en un lugar reducido. Muchas veces los requisitos var\u00edan mucho de un lugar a otro, lo que complica la planificaci\u00f3n y limita la movilidad del foodtruck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"de-donde-viene-el-nombre-de-vuestro-food-truck\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde viene el nombre de vuestro food truck?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El nombre \u201cT\u00edo Nacho\u201d naci\u00f3 para transmitir cercan\u00eda y un toque divertido, como esa idea de ir a comer a la casa de un t\u00edo simp\u00e1tico que siempre te recibe bien. Aunque nuestro fuerte son las patatas (\u00a1y vaya si las hacemos bien!), quer\u00edamos un nombre que sonara familiar y atractivo. Adem\u00e1s, nos gusta que tenga ese aire de \u201cstreet food\u201d cl\u00e1sico que deja abierta la puerta para un men\u00fa variado, siempre 100% gluten free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"cual-es-vuestro-plato-estrella\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es vuestro plato estrella?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro plato estrella son las patatas ARGENTA, el m\u00e1s pedido y el que m\u00e1s disfrutamos preparar. El nombre \u201cARGENTA\u201d nace de nuestra nacionalidad y costumbres: es un homenaje a nuestras ra\u00edces argentinas y a la forma en que transformamos algo tan simple como unas patatas en un plato lleno de sabor y personalidad.
