Como muchos emprendedores, partimos en la calle sin m\u00e1s recursos que nuestras ganas y talento para cocinar. Descubrimos los foodtrucks casi por accidente, en un festival mientras asist\u00eda a una entrevista de trabajo. Ah\u00ed vi por primera vez lo que era un foodtruck y qued\u00e9 completamente cautivado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde ese momento, no par\u00e9 hasta tener el m\u00edo. Es nuestra forma de vida, nuestro motor y tambi\u00e9n nuestra carta de presentaci\u00f3n. Es mucho m\u00e1s que un veh\u00edculo; es un s\u00edmbolo de esfuerzo, de resiliencia y de identidad. Representa la calle, pero tambi\u00e9n la innovaci\u00f3n. Nos ha permitido estar en ferias, eventos privados, instituciones p\u00fablicas, y conectar con personas que valoran la comida con historia, sabor y calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"que-les-diferencia-dentro-del-sector\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 les diferencia dentro del sector?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sangucher\u00eda Nicho no es solo un foodtruck, es una experiencia. Lo que nos diferencia es la combinaci\u00f3n entre cocina de autor, ingredientes de primera, y un sello muy chileno. Somos una empresa familiar, liderada por Romina Mart\u00ednez, chef ejecutiva, y yo, Pablo Giglio, a cargo de operaciones y marketing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, tenemos resoluciones sanitarias, una f\u00e1brica central, experiencia en eventos masivos y una propuesta gastron\u00f3mica de alto est\u00e1ndar. Sumado a eso, innovamos constantemente en marketing, dise\u00f1o y tecnolog\u00eda, incluso usando inteligencia artificial en nuestras campa\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"como-ha-sido-el-crecimiento-de-la-marca\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ha sido el crecimiento de la marca?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Exponencial. Partimos desde cero, literalmente desde la calle, y hoy tenemos dos locales f\u00edsicos (Santiago y Algarrobo), trabajamos con organismos p\u00fablicos como el Ej\u00e9rcito, Cruz Roja, universidades, MIM y otros. Nos hemos profesionalizado sin perder nuestra esencia. Cada paso ha sido con esfuerzo, pero tambi\u00e9n con visi\u00f3n. Nuestra marca crece porque hay alma, hay historia, y hay sabor.
