Nos gust\u00f3 mucho la experiencia y, sobre todo, nos sirvi\u00f3 para darnos cuenta de que la gastronom\u00eda es lo que nos motiva, en especial este modo original de vivirla que consiste en trasladarnos y ofrecer nuestros servicios all\u00ed donde los requieran.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"de-donde-viene-el-nombre-de-vuestro-food-truck\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde viene el nombre de vuestro food truck?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nuestras ra\u00edces est\u00e1n en Argentina. All\u00ed \u201cEstilo Campo\u201d hace referencia a un modo de \u201cser\u201d y \u00a0\u201chacer\u201d; describe lo informal, lo tradicional, el comer en familia sin formalidades ni frivolidad. Es un asador m\u00f3vil con polivalencia a la hora de trabajar lo que efectivamente nos hace \u00fanicos, al menos en Espa\u00f1a. \u00bfY por qu\u00e9 deben visitarnos? Nos deber\u00edan visitar por la calidad de nuestros productos, que va desde la selecci\u00f3n de la materia prima hasta la cuidada cocci\u00f3n de los alimentos, as\u00ed como por el trato cercano de nuestro equipo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"como-os-imaginais-el-mundo-del-street-food-dentro-de-cinco-anos\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo os imagin\u00e1is el mundo del street food dentro de cinco a\u00f1os?<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es un sector que hoy est\u00e1 en auge y en crecimiento por lo que, dentro de cinco a\u00f1os, creemos que la gente tendr\u00e1 ya la costumbre adquirida de utilizar los servicios de los food trucks.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"que-tres-consejos-dariais-a-futuros-emprendedores-del-sector\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Qu\u00e9 tres consejos dar\u00edais a futuros emprendedores del sector.<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hace muy poquito que nosotros estamos en esto del street food. Es decir, somos novatos por lo que nos resulta complicado aconsejar pero, por nuestra propia experiencia, el mejor consejo que podemos dar es el siguiente: tened una especialidad en la que se\u00e1is realmente buenos y sed consecuentes con ella apostando por la calidad y la excelencia. El evento era el 50 cumplea\u00f1os de un bombero por lo que se gastaron innumerables bromas con respecto a la barbacoa y la posibilidad de un incendio ya que que casi todos los bomberos de la zona estaban all\u00ed. El caso es que uno de los familiares, que seguramente hab\u00eda bebido m\u00e1s de la cuenta, quiso bromear con el tema\u2026 \u00a1y casi terminamos llamando de verdad a los bomberos!
