Es entonces cuando nos nace la maravillosa idea de convertir\u00a0ese\u00a0hobby en nuestro propio labor,\u00a0donde\u00a0podemos hacer lo que nos gusta, con muchas ganas, cari\u00f1o y disfrutando de ello. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"que-dificultades-habeis-encontrado-para-sacar-adelante-vuestro-proyecto-de-food-truck\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 dificultades hab\u00e9is encontrado para sacar adelante vuestro proyecto de food truck?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra mayor dificultad apareci\u00f3 cuando se nos fue el presupuesto de las manos y se nos complic\u00f3 mucho poder terminarlo. Buscamos crear un nombre que de a entender cual es la esencia principal del cami\u00f3n y las pizzas que hacemos. Probamos distintas recetas de masas, trabajamos con masa madre y biga, aprendimos a controlar temperaturas y experimentamos much\u00edsimo hasta llegar a la pizza ideal que hoy vendemos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En\u00a0ese\u00a0camino de aprendizaje tambi\u00e9n fuimos definiendo los sabores que quer\u00edamos ofrecer, qu\u00e9 combinaciones funcionaban mejor, qu\u00e9 le gustaba m\u00e1s a la gente y c\u00f3mo lograr un equilibrio perfecto en cada pizza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, a trav\u00e9s de pruebas, errores y mucho aprendizaje, fuimos creciendo hasta llegar a\u00a0donde\u00a0estamos hoy, ofreciendo un producto aut\u00e9ntico, de calidad real, que a la gente le gusta y nos reconoce.
