Una vez terminados sus estudios de Hosteler\u00eda, ten\u00edan muy claro que deb\u00edan sacar a las calles a <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.foodtruckya.com\/foodtrucks\/468\/Foodela\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Foodela<\/a><\/strong><\/span>. \u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo os adentrasteis en el movimiento Street Food?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Desde muy peque\u00f1os hemos tenido la gran suerte de poder viajar y conocer el StreetFood desde las diferentes culturas gastron\u00f3micas de los pa\u00edses que hemos visitado; Marruecos, Dub\u00e1i, Seychelles, Venezuela, EEUU, Sud\u00e1frica. Nuestros padres casi nos obligaban a probar diferentes cosas en los mercados y a veces nos costaba, pero poco a poco fuimos abriendo nuestro paladar a diferentes sabores, matices, especies, texturas, productos y elaboraciones. En este caso cambiamos el pato por costilla de ternera y codillo de cerdo desmigado, previamente marinadas con especias orientales y cocinadas con mucho cari\u00f1o a baja temperatura. Finas tiras de cebolla tierna y pepino que aportan texturas y frescura en cada mordisco. Cubierto de espuma de patata con salsa \u2018hoisin\u2019, t\u00edpica salsa utilizada para el pato pek\u00edn. Para nosotros es muy importante que cada uno de nuestros clientes viva una experiencia \u00fanica. Queremos extasiar a nuestros clientes con sabores provenientes de una equilibrada mezcla entre innovaci\u00f3n y tradici\u00f3n. Traemos las t\u00e9cnicas de la alta cocina y las aplicamos para conseguir el mejor bocado. En nuestro foodtruck encontrar\u00e1s buena comida servida con buen rollo, siempre desde la profesionalidad. Nos gustar\u00eda romper el falso estereotipo de que el Street Food son s\u00f3lo hotdogs y hamburguesas, y reivindicar el SoulFood, as\u00ed lo entendemos nosotros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo te imaginas el mundo del Street Food en 5 a\u00f1os?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En 5 a\u00f1os vemos el mundo del Street Food ya consolidado, podemos decir que cada evento necesita una oferta gastron\u00f3mica. Que tenga un buen plan financiero para poder hacer frente a todos los meses en los que no hay ferias o a las que no puedan asistir. Por \u00faltimo, el ofrecer siempre la mejor calidad y producto ya que el cliente no es tonto y en definitiva, no se deber\u00eda vender algo de lo que uno no est\u00e1 orgulloso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bfAlguna an\u00e9cdota que os haya ocurrido en alg\u00fan evento?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eric: Pues la verdad que s\u00ed. Fue una an\u00e9cdota graciosa, en la pasada edici\u00f3n del Sal\u00f3n Er\u00f3tico de Barcelona, trabajando para los organizadores en la zona de foodtrucks, ya que nuestro proyecto a\u00fan estaba en construcci\u00f3n. Se acerc\u00f3 a la barra una mujer totalmente desnuda, de un 1,80, -Hola, le digo \u00bfqu\u00e9 quiere? Ella contesta, -Un caf\u00e9 con leche, muy caliente\u2026 &#8211; se me dibuj\u00f3 una sonrisa en la cara ya que me estaba aguantado la risa, le serv\u00ed, y me dio las gracias con otra sonrisa p\u00edcara.
