Llev\u00e1bamos ya doce a\u00f1os al tim\u00f3n de nuestro restaurante pero los \u00faltimos tres hab\u00edan sido de mucha calma as\u00ed que decidimos que un food truck se convertir\u00eda en el brazo m\u00f3vil del restaurante. Sin embargo, nuestra incursi\u00f3n en el street food no pudo materializarse hasta 2013. Desde entonces, la filosof\u00eda del restaurante no ha cambiado pero la combinaci\u00f3n establecimiento-cocineta ha generado mucho m\u00e1s dinamismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2) \u00bfDe d\u00f3nde viene el nombre de vuestro food truck?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nuestro restaurante se llama Na Madrona y el food truck igual m\u00e1s el\u00a0apellido de \u2018PreparaLaPasta\u2019. En nuestro caso, el \u00ad\u00ad\u00adobrador principal es el restaurante y, desde all\u00ed planificamos toda la producci\u00f3n, la que se queda en el local y la que se va a la gastroneta. Entre los postres, \u00a1gana el tiramis\u00fa!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4) \u00bfQu\u00e9 os convierte en un food truck \u00fanico? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 deben visitaros?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Creemos haber sido los primeros en toda Espa\u00f1a en presentar una cocina sobre ruedas especializada en platos de pasta y risotto. Y quiz\u00e1s deban visitarnos porque el cari\u00f1o puesto en un plato siempre se aprecia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5) \u00bfC\u00f3mo os imagin\u00e1is el mundo del street food dentro de cinco a\u00f1os?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Esperamos que para entonces\u00a0est\u00e9 asentada una legislaci\u00f3n que regule todo este
