Adem\u00e1s, tienen el objetivo com\u00fan de\u00a0implementar en la provincia\u00a0lo que es una tendencia creciente en todo el mundo: la cocina sobre ruedas, una propuesta gastron\u00f3mica\u00a0creativa, saludable y accesible,\u00a0realizada en\u00a0veh\u00edculos autopropulsados o remolcados autosuficientes y con un dise\u00f1o innovador y atractivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es su finalidad?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> La finalidad de la asociaci\u00f3n es dar entidad a los food trucks en Castell\u00f3n, considerando que para su implementaci\u00f3n en los espacios p\u00fablicos de la provincia hay que avanzar en conjunto, dados los impedimentos legales a los que se enfrentan los camiones de comida en la actualidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 acciones tiene previsto llevar a cabo?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Para cumplir\u00a0sus objetivos, \u00a0la asociaci\u00f3n tiene previsto llevar a cabo las siguientes actividades:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Realizar eventos relacionados con food trucks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Contribuir a la creaci\u00f3n de un movimiento social y cultural en torno a los\u00a0camiones de comida en Castell\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Promover la creaci\u00f3n de una normativa relativa a la venta ambulante de alimentos en colaboraci\u00f3n con las autoridades p\u00fablicas, permitiendo la existencia de un registro \u00fanico de food trucks o camiones de comida con una regulaci\u00f3n clara y provechosa para el conjunto de los ciudadanos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Escribir un proyecto de ley que refleje el\u00a0punto de vista \u00a0de la asociaci\u00f3n sobre los restaurantes sobre ruedas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Compartir conocimiento mediante la creaci\u00f3n de un archivo p\u00fablico que contenga informaci\u00f3n de \u00edndole t\u00e9cnica, legal,
