La<br>oferta gastron\u00f3mica del Rec.0 tambi\u00e9n incluye platos para vegetarianos, veganos y cel\u00edacos.<br>Adem\u00e1s, tienen espacios propios el Celler Pla de Morei, donde se sirven vinos de producci\u00f3n<br>Km0, Estrella Damm, Fever-Tree con un espacio de t\u00f3nicas y mixeros, y aguas de Sant Aniol.<br>Una mesa redonda sobre Slow Food y la cocina callejera<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco del festival Rec.0 se organiza una mesa redonda dedicada a la gastronom\u00eda,<br>donde se hablar\u00e1 sobre la filosof\u00eda Slow Food y la Cocina de Calle. La mesa, que tendr\u00e1 lugar<br>el mi\u00e9rcoles 10 de mayo a las 18h en el Somiatruites, contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de Elisenda<br>Casadell\u00e0 Pallicera, copresidenta de Km0 Slow Food Catalunya y propietaria del restaurante<br>Terra de La Garriga, el cocinero del restaurante Ca la Maria \u2013 tambi\u00e9n miembro de Km0<br>Slow Food Catalunya-Mart\u00ed Ros\u00e0s Cortada, el chef y asesor gastron\u00f3mico de El Fermentista<br>Jordi Lim\u00f3n, y el cocinero y propietario del food truck Happy Foods, Santi Hernandez<br>Ca\u00f1as. La mesa estar\u00e1 moderada por la periodista Judit C\u00e0lix, directora de la revista Cuina, y<br>cuenta con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la asociaci\u00f3n Km0 Slow Food Catalunya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gastronom\u00eda de calidad, en los or\u00edgenes del festival<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde su nacimiento hace 13 a\u00f1os, el festival de moda Rec.0 de Igualada ha tenido en<br>paralelo un festival gastron\u00f3mico de Cocina de Calle (o Street Food), con vida propia y unos<br>valores muy determinados: cocina de calidad, producto de proximidad, respeto por los<br>productores y una cuidadosa selecci\u00f3n de restauradores y foodtrucks que cambian y mejoran<br>en cada edici\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lo largo de los a\u00f1os, pues, el Rec.0 ha conseguido desmentir prejuicios<br>sobre la cocina callejera y demostrar que este tipo de cocina puede ofrecer gastronom\u00eda de<br>gran calidad.
