El permiso estatal requerir\u00eda una inspecci\u00f3n anual por parte de los bomberos del Estado que cumpla con los est\u00e1ndares m\u00e1s estrictos de seguridad contra incendios. Este permiso estatal cumplir\u00eda as\u00ed con los requisitos de inspecci\u00f3n de incendios para la concesi\u00f3n de licencias y permisos locales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Instituto de Justicia (IJ), una firma de abogados nacional sin fines de lucro que apoya a los empresarios, trabaj\u00f3 en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con una agrupaci\u00f3n de food trucks para presentar y animar a los legisladores a aprobar el proyecto de ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consideran que esta reforma es un paso positivo hacia la simplificaci\u00f3n de las capas innecesarias de regulaciones estatales y locales a las que se enfrentan las peque\u00f1as empresas y que aliviar\u00e1 algunas de las cargas financieras y log\u00edsticas que dificultan  operar en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de los food trucks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s info <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/ij.org\/press-release\/new-tennessee-law-makes-it-easier-for-food-trucks-to-be-mobile\/\">aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Normativa food trucks.
