En la vida, contadas veces suelen pasarte cosas maravillosas y por eso, cuando pasan, cuando sucede que un hecho o unas palabras te erizan la piel y hacen que te emociones no puedes evitar compartirlo con el mundo que te rodea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para nosotros esa experiencia es a\u00fan m\u00e1s extrema, porque nuestro trabajo adem\u00e1s del sacrificio personal que muchas veces conlleva, est\u00e1 sometido a un examen constante, pruebas que por otro lado hacen que crezcamos e intentemos mejorar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay personas que analizan el plato, la t\u00e9cnica, las texturas, el sabor, el servicio \u2026 pero pocas, muy pocas saben apreciar el alma y el sentimiento que quienes nos dedicamos a esto, intentamos transmitir, no solo cuando una elaboraci\u00f3n est\u00e1 terminada sino durante todo el proceso de creaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>El cocinero no es una persona aislada, que vive y trabaja s\u00f3lo para dar de comer a sus hu\u00e9spedes. The Roast Cook \u00abel cocinero asado\u00bb surgi\u00f3 un d\u00eda en casa sin querer\u2026 buscamos nombres en espa\u00f1ol y luego lo tradujimos al ingl\u00e9s para hacerlo m\u00e1s comercial. Como yo me dedico a la cocina y hago asados\u2026 de ah\u00ed el nombre. A\u00f1adimos el \u00abStreet food\u00bb por eso de la food truck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es vuestro plato estrella?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro plato estrella son las hamburguesas.
