El paso de estos dos hermanos\u00a0por la peque\u00f1a pantalla fue fugaz pero nos sirvi\u00f3 para saber que no son unos reci\u00e9n llegados en el mundo de la hosteler\u00eda y que con la <\/span><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodtruckya.com\/foodtrucks\/159\/MISHT%C3%93\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Misht\u00f3 Gastro Caravana<\/a><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">han conseguido aunar dos de sus pasiones: la cocina y el esp\u00edritu n\u00f3mada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo os adentrasteis en el movimiento Street Food?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dada nuestra afici\u00f3n por la cocina, nos dimos cuenta de que el mundo food truck nos ofrec\u00eda la posibilidad de desarrollar el negocio de una forma distinta a un restaurante al uso. El contacto directo con el cliente, la posibilidad de viajar y que cada experiencia sea nueva y \u00fanica son las principales razones por las que escogimos el formato \u00abcallejero\u00bb. Por no hablar de nuestra simpat\u00eda innata\u2026 aunque no queda bien decir estas cosas de uno mismo \ud83d\ude09<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo veis el mundo del street food dentro de cinco a\u00f1os?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pensamos que el street food todav\u00eda tiene que asentarse. Ahora est\u00e1 habiendo un boom del sector tanto por el atractivo del negocio como por la posibilidad de empezar a trabajar por relativamente \u00abpoco\u00bb dinero. Sin embargo, los resultados no siempre son los deseados, en parte por la ausencia de una normativa clara al respecto y en parte por la inexperiencia de algunos emprendedores. Lo m\u00e1s probable es que despu\u00e9s de este boom haya una purga provocada tanto por la normativa que tarde o temprano se aprobar\u00e1\u00a0y que probablemente muchos no podr\u00e1n cumplir, as\u00ed como por las exigencias de los clientes.
