Una vez con la licencia lista, ya tocaba buscar eventos, &#8230; m\u00e1s desinformaci\u00f3n, falta de contactos y buenos datos que te den ese empujoncito. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mucha competitividad tambi\u00e9n en el gremio foodtruck, c\u00e1nones abusivos por parte de organizadores de markets etc. Comenc\u00e9 haciendo alg\u00fan evento privado, alg\u00fan market navide\u00f1o y poco a poco fui d\u00e1ndome a conocer. Siempre digo que de un evento sale otro evento. Hoy en d\u00eda hacemos bodas, ferias, cumplea\u00f1os, &#8230; Trabajo y vivo de esto, que es lo que me apasiona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 mejorar\u00edais de la normativa para food trucks?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que estar\u00eda bien ser\u00eda que nos dieran la oportunidad en v\u00eda p\u00fablica, donde nosotros estimemos que es un buen punto, sin ser competencia desleal. El original uruguayo es con pan catal\u00e1n, filete, mozzarella, tomate, lechuga y huevo duro. Los precios tambi\u00e9n es algo que nos destaca en comparaci\u00f3n con otros del mismo sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llevamos casi sin variar los precios desde el 2019. Tambi\u00e9n la calidad del producto, todo italiano, el servicio, la importancia que le damos a la higiene y a la hora de manipular el producto, la buena disponibilidad. Ofrecemos desayunos, almuerzos, meriendas, cenas y recenas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No solo hacemos pizza y chivito, por encargo nos adaptamos. Las hamburguesas y frankfurts al horno de le\u00f1a quedan espectaculares.
