Influenciado por el pa\u00eds donde residi\u00f3 la mayor parte de su vida y alimentado por las experiencias que conformaron su car\u00e1cter, record\u00e1ndole desde muy peque\u00f1o que era un ciudadano del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sus experiencias en el sector de la restauraci\u00f3n y concretamente circulando con una food truck por la zona de Ontario hace ya unos cuantos a\u00f1os, fueron nuestra inspiraci\u00f3n para poner en marcha este proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 dificultades hab\u00e9is encontrado para sacar adelante vuestro proyecto de food truck?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No demasiadas, nuestra formaci\u00f3n empresarial y en restauraci\u00f3n fue un gran apoyo en el momento de tomar la decisi\u00f3n. Aunque s\u00ed es cierto, que no siempre las ideas empresariales van de la mano de los proyectos t\u00e9cnicos. Una foodtruck debe cumplir con los mismos requerimientos, tanto en lo relativo al punto de vista sanitario, como a la normativa de seguridad, tasas, seguros y certificados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos sentimos a veces como los patitos feos del sector, a mitad de camino entre un restaurante y un feriante.
