Siempre nos ha parecido una forma interesante y distinta de hosteler\u00eda que se acerca\u00a0bastante tambi\u00e9n al mundo de los eventos. Llevamos en esta profesi\u00f3n muchos a\u00f1os, en otros proyectos y tambi\u00e9n en Kitchen Club, empresa que fundamos y gestionamos desde hace 14 a\u00f1os. En ella nos dedicamos a las experiencias gastron\u00f3micas y eventos corporativos. Me imagino que como cualquier compa\u00f1ero que est\u00e9 leyendo esto, primero tuvimos que pasar por un a\u00f1o de estudio de las diferentes oportunidades\u00a0que se presentan para dar nuestros\u00a0servicios y entender bien c\u00f3mo funciona el medio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partimos con una idea de servicios m\u00e1s\u00a0generales de restauraci\u00f3n en food\u00a0truck y despu\u00e9s de analizarlo bastante, hemos entendido que el mejor camino es la especializaci\u00f3n y creaci\u00f3n de una marca reconocible, que nos permita estandarizar nuestra oferta y procesos culinarios para poder dar una oferta de calidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, hemos tocado con una burocracia\u00a0y horas de papeleo importantes. En cada festival, feria o evento te piden muchos certificados, boletines y seguros que no siempre son iguales. Lo que se traduce en tiempo y bastante gastos de tasas, fianzas, tr\u00e1mites, etc que hacen bastante engorrosa la operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 mejorar\u00edais de la normativa para food trucks?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quiz\u00e1s justamente lo que comentaba anteriormente. Una regulaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s clara y estandarizada que te permita ahorrar\u00a0tiempo, esfuerzo y dinero en cada evento al cual acudimos. Trabajamos con un peque\u00f1o obrador que nos hace el pan brioche d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Nuestras salchichas nos las sirve un peque\u00f1o productor de Vitoria, especializado en charcuter\u00eda alemana, a quien le encargamos las salchichas frankfurt ahumadas. Ingredientes 100% artesanales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte, hemos realizado un trabajo importante en buscar proveedores que nos sirvan otros topping con una calidad y frescura diferenciadores, al igual que cocinamos\u00a0nosotros\u00a0el resto de ingredientes principales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro de nuestra oferta tenemos nuestro hot dog estrella que lleva el lema de nuestra marca, I Love Hot Dog que lleva el pan brioche, salchicha frankfurt, crema de queso cheddar, bolognesa Coreana, patatas paja, sour cream y queso parmesano rallado.
