><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo os adentrasteis en el movimiento street food?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de mucho esfuerzo me mantengo dentro del sector foodtruck, desde el a\u00f1o 2015.<br>Por aquella \u00e9poca estaba el mundo del foodtruck en auge, no hab\u00eda evento que no tuviese alguno como la gran novedad, y la competencia era feroz, cada d\u00eda sal\u00edan 3 \u00f3 4 nuevos a rodar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo los observaba, y me atrev\u00ed a empezar con un puesto fijo en un market de antiguedades frente a mi casa, t\u00edmidamente, y haciendo crepes que es lo que hacia de adolescente con mis amigas, nos junt\u00e1bamos en la cocina a preparar panqueques con toda la vida por delante, felices y sin contar calor\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poco a poco me fueron llamando para hacer eventos para empresas y bodas, y por fuerza aprend\u00ed a llevar un remolque, a vivir llena de morados y romperme las u\u00f1as, volver agotada de montar y desmontar la foodtruck, pero contenta de haber participado de buenos momentos y buenos piropos a lo bonita que es mi foodtruck, mi peque\u00f1a bombonera, y estos 8 metros cuadrados pasaron a ser mi oficina y un poco ><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 dificultades hab\u00e9is encontrado para sacar adelante vuestro proyecto de food truck?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre encontr\u00e9 mucha competencia en el sector crepes, hab\u00eda muchas y a cual m\u00e1s bonita, yo me diferenci\u00e9 con una m\u00e1quina de yogurt helado, batidos de frutas, t\u00e9s especiales y caf\u00e9s; buscando ampliar la oferta dentro del sector postres, aunque los crepes de nutella le ganan a todo lo dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gran dificultad de este sector, es la falta de permisos para trabajar en espacios p\u00fablicos, hay much\u00edsimos parques, zonas industriales, \u00e1reas de recreo donde har\u00eda falta ofrecer algo de gastronom\u00eda, a deportistas, trabajadores, familias, que no tienen donde tomar un caf\u00e9, comprar un agua, o disfrutar de una terraza cerca de su lugar de trabajo; y la mayor\u00eda de ayuntamientos se niegan sin dar explicaciones<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 mejorar\u00edais de la normativa para food trucks?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante los meses de pandemia, era cuando m\u00e1s hac\u00eda falta, y cuando mejor se hubiese aprovechado su concepto \u00abStreet Food\u00bb, en espacios al aire libre, con materiales desechables. Muchos cayeron durante esos meses sin poder subsistir, sin eventos de ning\u00fan tipo, sin ingresos; y la normativa ni se inmut\u00f3, es un sector que genera much\u00edsimos puestos de trabajo, y mueve la econom\u00eda de much\u00edsimos sectores, hosteler\u00eda, marketing, gestor\u00edas, uniformidad, etc, y sobre todo, de los perjudicados de siempre, los aut\u00f3nomos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin una normativa actualizada, se seguir\u00e1n perdiendo puestos de trabajo, gente creativa e innovadora, se perder\u00e1 dinamizar muchas zonas, y se le quitar\u00e1n posibilidades a tanta gente emprendedora<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde viene el nombre de vuestro food truck?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nombre de La Raphaela viene de la propia foodtruck, es el modelo Raphael 202, siempre me llaman a mi Rafaela ! y yo siempre contesto, Raphaela es la foodtruck, y soy Natalia. Y es que La Raphaela tiene su propio estilo.
